That is a quick turn around, but non-HP's have been doing better than us HP guys. Mine just got loaded on the truck, after ordering in November. I'm told, and almost positive it's worth the wait!!!

Just a reminder, per other threads, when it arrives, check for the shipping blocks in the front springs and the tire pressures. The dealership's pre-delivery checklist reminds them of those, but too many have been missing both! Worth checking before you start thinking the car isn't what you thought it would be.

Pretty easy to see, and yet forgotten too many times.

This the third notice I've gotten from them, they keep moving the date closer. I'm so excited to finally get it.

Thanks. I'll do it.

Patience really is the key here. Mine jumped 4-6 weeks ahead, then behind, then ended up arriving earlier than expected. (Ford's tracking system needs work -- we know they're tracking better internally than what they're showing the customers!)

I've wanted a Mustang since I was in HS. I loved the Mach1 and decided to pull the trigger.
My first car was a '69 Mach 1. I came back to Ford in 2012 for a 2011 Taurus SHO, which led to the 2015 Mustang GT (if you haven't seen it "A Faster Horse" on Netflix is an great story about the 2015 re-design effort), and then to the 2021 Mach 1. It will probably be the last ICE (internal combustion engine) I buy new, and to me is the completion of a cycle. And a return to my car roots!

In '82 I went with a buddy to buy a car. It was a 65 mustang, original owner, and original color (faded green). it had a 289 with a manual 3 speed. I fell in love with the car. When I got out of college, the current models didn't really entrance me. The last few years, the cars just looked great, retro, but updated with an edge. I know I've never been so excited to get a car.

I get it. I went from a '69 Mach 1 to a brief time with a '76 V-8 (aka, 302) Ghia (wasn't a good experience overall), then finally reconnected with Ford in 2010 thanks to their then-CEO speaking at a quality management conference. Which led to my 2011 SHO and then to the 2015 Mustang GT Premium and finally the 2021 Mach 1, ordered on the second day for Mach 1 orders! I couldn't be happier, even with recently scoring my first speeding ticket (after 18 months and 18K miles with the car!)

Me too! This will be my 3rd Mustang and by far the best! Got my first when I was 17.

It is HP. I got everything but the Recaro seats. They didn't have something I could test drive with those seats. Dealer says it should arrive around 10/03
