Gorilla Automotive Wheel Locks

I went to install the locks and based on the seating area compared to the factory lug nut and find it unacceptable. For steel wheels, sure, but on the factory aluminum wheels, no way.
Are the Ford locks a copy of the seating area of the stock lug nut?
Maybe one would be fine but I see bad things if all the locks in the set are used. The other suck is that an extra key was already ordered.

These ones have same seating area as factory ones, they are one piece and unlike factory lugs, they've been taking impact abuse without any issues

The ones you show are more for aftermarket wheels that require smaller diameter lug nuts. I would not be comfortable to use them on stock wheels myself.

Those are nice but I am talking about the locking lug kit.

I have these. I'm pretty sure the base is the same size as the stock lugs. I've had them on for a couple of years now without any issues. Always torqued to 150ft/lbs on my EB convertible.

off topic but imagine ordering 5 different sets of locking lug nuts and having 5 different keys for each wheel lol

Put them on today after Cars and Coffee at Grieco Ford in Raynham. I had forgotten how nice new cars are to wrench on.
