15psi is WAY too low for street tires. I would not go below 22-24psi. Street tires are not designed to operate at those low pressure, and the center of the tire will tend to cup inward/upward decreasing your contact patch. Start at about 28psi and work down a couple psi if you still spin. Obviously you don't want to launch at too high of an rpm on street tires either.

This is what test and tune is for. To work out bugs, and learn the car, and how to launch it. Good luck!
Blasphemy!!!! Lol but in all seriousness I run anywhere from 16-19psi on street tires (not even drag radials just to clarify) and cut a 1.9 60ft. I've always liked airing my tires down. Just my preference which has worked for me over the years.

If you can get some black marks to go down, do some testing at various pressures somewhere to see how the contact patch is. My bet is the lower pressures will show lighter marks in the center. ;) :cheers:
