Where is the link? The direct link to paper or report you are citing?
I'm asking you for the same. Where is it?

Still waiting for a DIRECT link.
Are you 2? Bit of a temper tantrum?

Get over yourself, smart guy. You don't even know subsidies exist. You need to learn first. I've provided a full page of direct google results via search. There is nothing else you need.

Oh, I guess you want to play the silly game of "because he required a direct link, I'm going to do that too". Oh my goodness. You are so petty. No wonder you argue with children. :cwl:

I was asking for a specific paper you wanted me to comment/read.

You don't know about an entire topic. There is not one paper to cover oil subsidies. You need broad research to have a decent conversation.

No, no tantrum just waiting for you to back up your claims, like you wanted me to do. Only I did.

10 dollar a gallon gas, give me a break. Gas would be 1.75 to 2.25 at market prices without all the added taxes.

You didn't have a "claim". There was just a paper by a think tank that you wanted me to read. Did you forget how this started? Odd comment by you.

I read that and provided a detailed reply.

Of course it is not! My game. My rules! No more of your non-sense replies. You want to have a conversation about a topic, learn first.

Nothing worse than to deal with someone who gets information feed to them like a cow at the slaughter.

Go think about how you are going to ban your books, gun parts, and now (gasp!) dogs. That is more along your line. No decent conversation from your username ever happened.

Back to the topic:

This is what you stated:

@jtmat

Still waiting for the paper that shows oil industry subsidies.
Below is what I requested.

Once you get there we can move the conversation to specifics. Period. My game, you don't make the rules. If you don't want to research and provide a summary/basic understanding of oil subsidies, we can't have a basic conversation.

Trying to move the conversation to "$10 oil comment" is clever. Won't work though. Get to reading and providing your summary. Turn that Fake Anger Political BS to learning.

Go to https://google.com and search "oil industry subsidies". Some of the links we can't discuss like the executive order, Senate, etc.

Run through those first page links and let me know what you think. Please provide a detailed analysis of your thoughts vs. your normal one-line BS posts.

This will be a good start. I'll return by the weekend to see what you have wrote so you don't have to keep begging to respond by putting "@".

Hello; You made a bold claim and have failed to back it up. On top of that you decide to refuse to do the very thing you have insisted any number of times the last few years. That being you wheedle and insist we post "proof" & links out side of our own personal knowledge. Our personal knowledge is never good enough. So we do as you ask and post links. Your most common response is the source is not up to your standards.
Now you reach a new low and expects one of us to make your case for you. Some of us have been onto you and your cronies for some time. Thank you for showing true colors in this most recent exchange. A second thanks for the posts a few days ago about how you are just "toying" with us for fun.

Goodbye; Nothing is "bold". You want to politicize a topic and determine the flow of conversation to fit your nuttiness.

No thanks. Let's have a decent conversation about it. First you need to understand the full range of conversation. It is obvious K4 does not want to comply so he runs off after getting handled. He is better off arguing with this niece or son.

All he had to do was read the material and provide a summary of what he read. Fairly simple to show a basic understanding of a topic which he claimed to know nothing about.

I was wondering where you were to bail him out. He was looking for you, mad mitch, or peemustang. :cwl:

K4 will have time over Thanksgiving to review the search links I sent him. I probably won't be back on here a while, unless I jump on quickly to post news.

Hopefully we can move to EVs quickly as possible. So many people have died directly and indirectly from gas.

I'll leave you with this -- not the US, but the amount of people killed was staggering.

At least 60 people were killed and dozens injured Saturday after a fuel tanker exploded in Tanzania's northern Morogoro town, according to local media.
Morogoro Regional Police Commander Wilbroad Mutafungwa confirmed the death toll in the East African country, The Citizen news website reported.
Mutafungwa said some burnt beyond recognition.
According to the eyewitnesses, the fuel truck overturned about 200 meters (656 feet) away from the Msanvu bus station in Morogoro.
After the accident, several people rushed into the area to collect the leaking fuel before the explosion.
Most of the people were the motor cyclists who were at the scene collecting the spilt fuel and the food vendors at Darmorogoro Highway, according to the reports.
Firefighters rushed to the scene for rescue mission.

Hello; Keep digging. Keep "toying" with members for entertainment. Keep throwing out insults and putdowns. Just do not expect to be taken seriously.

US transition to electric vehicles faces delays

Automakers in recent weeks have pushed back EV sales targets and delayed capital projects as they seek to reduce inventories of unsold EVs at dealerships.

"The slowdown in EV sales is much more pronounced than it is for other categories of vehicles and that isn't related to the economy," said Neil Saunders, managing director of GlobalData.

I suppose they will spin this to to mean EV's are selling like hotcakes.

Hello;
"Ford's rival and fellow Detroit giant General Motors recently pushed back until the end of 2025 a plan to convert its Orion, Michigan plant for EVs "to better manage capital investment while aligning with evolving EV demand," the company said last month."

Hello; Yes, some article which seems to paint a rosy sales growth. Still none of the EV champions, as far as i know, have a pure EV. May be more of the "toying" with us .

There use to be a cold war joke. In a two horse race the USA horse won. The USSR papers wrote it up as "USSR horse came in second place while the USA horse came in next to last".
