Interesting.
Unfortunately I can’t follow your logic where you’d advocate for people being allowed to say things that can/will bring actual physical harm to others. We aren’t talking about people merely having their feelings hurt here.

Under your model, bomb threats would be entirely legal. Threats of direct violence, up to and including threats of murder would be legal….

Would you allow the publishing of unauthorised naked photos of adults?
What if those images were of children being abused?
It seems that you aren’t interested in what the law might have to say in these matters, so, where is the line for you?
It's not interesting. It is non-sense. They want the cake and eat it too.

At the same token those same people get upset when people who own business, forums, etc. say "x" can't be said. All of a sudden it is them being de-platformed, censorship, etc.

It is like them being the only supporters of the police... until they can't get into a building.

Truth is they are making it up as they go along. You should study 2-year-olds.

You know that you can edit your comments right?
It’s funny that you think you had a win on that thread. I saw it as a total and utter loss for you guys, as would most of the scientific community.
Hello "that thread" must be the science is cancelled thread. Today the talking heads are reporting some sort of confirmation the Covid was a lab leak. Wuhan scientists were the first to catch covid reads the script.

We get it. You and a few others will not accept that you backed the wrong horse. Sure, you and the main other two do a neat spin job about the masks, the vaccines and such. Thing is what you wrote is still around.
I have seen you be corrected before on these facts. Then some weeks or months later you resurrect one of the old debunked talking points again. Seen it too many times.

Hello; this is an infantile version of the old joke. Someone asks "Have you stopped beating your wife?"

Hello; A few pages back the oil industry subsidy tactic was debunked. Guess you missed it or perhaps the silly practice of having some on ignore. Most likely it is a knee jerk talking point you will not give up even after it is debunked.

The rest of your post was divorced from reality. One of my points was and is that if BEV's were actually a better transportation vehicle than an equivalent ICE then there would be no need to use incentives or mandates to push them. I have not checked for a few weeks but last time I used auto trader type sites the hybrids were still much more expensive than a similar ICE. I need to look at BEV's for price to see if indeed the price has come down as you claim.
Hello; Just did a search on Autotrader for 200 miles from me. The cheapest EV was under $29K. The cheapest ICE was under $17K.

The point I was making is that you don’t support free speech either, which is great, because not all speech should be protected.
Or do you disagree with that statement?
Oh I do support free speech. Tha

Hello; Just did a search on Autotrader
Goodbye; I searched and found EVs for around $5000. Sure I could find one for "free" or even an ICE for $1000 or free.

That literally means nothing and was not the point of my original comment. You should read what I wrote instead of reading what you want to believe.

Neverminded, live in your fantasy world believing "we are not stupid". Good luck with that.

This is what tankers will do for you. All of that subsidized fossil fuel is like a bomb traveling on our highways everyday! Gets in our rivers, lakes, oceans, drinking ground water, etc.
On the morning of June 11, 2023, a vehicle fire under I-95 near the Cottman Avenue exit in Northeast Philadelphia caused a portion of the highway to collapse. Preliminary reports indicate a tanker truck was involved in the fire. Pennsylvania State Police closed I-95 in both directions around the area.

Put down the crack pipe……there isn’t subsidizes. That was proven many pages ago. Just think what would’ve happened if that was a truckload of batteries…….the whole bridge would be toast With a big whole in the ground.

Only thing we have to imagine is why does your crew support oil subsidies? I support oil subsidies because they still bring jobs to Americans. Simple for me. You?

Batteries on the highway are below. Had that been a tanker, the entire place would be engulfed in flames. We would have cleared homes in a 15 mile radius because of the toxic fumes.

Okay, I made up the 15 mile radius part because it was fun to type. But that place would have been burnt to the ground. No need to evacuate anyone because they would have all died. :)

See the truck on the other side? And that hill? Had the crashed truck been full of fossil fuel, none of that would be there! Bridge up the street would be gone too!

Batteries are safer to transport vs. those liquid explosives you are subsidizing.

Where is the one who bailed? At least he had an argument.

this is what 1 EV car looks like. Just imagine what 30 would look like. On that picture you posted where is the concrete wall he hit? That would make a HUGE difference.

The one who left got sick of winning the argument!

They didn't even burn the trees around them. What a sad and pitiful fire!

You can't do better than that? Then you want someone to "imagine". Imagine what, subsidized fossil fuel atomic bombs driving all over the USA? Oh, don't have to imagine that. Just one took down an entire bridge and killed people.

Since you the memory of a goldfish, here is a reminder. Oh, maybe since you don't see flames, you think your image is more menacing? Ha ha ha. Can't make this up.
