OK I have found the secret to the glovebox light removal
Open the secret compartment - This gives you a bit more room
The light assembly pushes up just a little about 6mm at first I did not know that it had moved up until I tried pushing it down and it clicked back into place!
Having moved the light assembly up it still would not come out! The big secret is ... You need to push the on/off button in to turn the light off and then is will wriggle out easily!!
Disconnect it and you can safely remove and replace with your led without the risk of fusing!
If you already blew the fuse it's a small 10amp number 1 in the foot well I believe (I did not need this just read it somewhere!)
