LOL. After trying to work with you guys, that is all I have to say.
You wanted us to gift you a tuner so that your club could "try" our tune. That was not something that ownership is going to do. The thing to remember is that we are not a small fly by night sized company that is trying to make a name for themselves. We are already a very well established OEM vendor, race team, tuner, engineering firm and part developer. Many of you already have our parts on your cars and do not know it. A sponsorship styled deal that is proposed does need to be presented in a well thought out and professional manner.

Its already been figured out by lund a week later, and I know HPT will have it figured out in a couple weeks to. Time for some 47's :headbang:
There is nobody that has that tune...and if it were figured out why do you need 47# injectors?

Our flex fuel tune requires zero modification, and is already on quite a few cars throughout the country.

There are people that have been running it. It doesn't require injectors.

It IS figured out by other shops, ("flex fuel" and running corn and petroleum in these cars at the same time without having to load a different tune). No they don't have YOUR tune, but they have found the flex fuel "switch" in the software and just have their spin on the "tune" like you guys do. As you know these PCM's are much like the F150's that have the flex fuel "switch" in them.. .they just have to be found. And you don't need bigger injectors to run e85 on these 2015's or the 11-14's, I ran my 2011 GT on the corn with stock injectors for almost 5k miles with just a tune, I just paid close attention to my injector DC's. I however will need 47's and a BAP because I plan on spraying it, running LT's and a Boss or CJ intake along with the corn.

Not only did you not respond at all which I find to be rude, but now you are lying. Someone @ Livernois even went so far as to accuse one of my local members that he was a "corporate spy" working to try and steal your method for tuning the e85 on the fly....all for him just asking as an interested buyer if you could explain to him a little bit about how the tune worked.

Say what you want about how big your company is, and that you're not interested in the biggest regional 2015 mustang club in the country, but that sounds kind of flawed to me. If at minimum 100 of us have lund/bama/etc. tunes in houston, and your dyno results could have swayed us that we had made the wrong decision in tuner...a possibility at $60,000 dollars in sales, hell lets say half of us ended up switching and it was only a possible $30,000 just from local houston members. I'll tell you I can find a company making millions that would still take a $30,000 dollar order.

Now say your tuner beat the competition, and I was able to post a thread highlighting that...that exposure from 50-100 orders turns to thousands.

What I requested for the club was a group buy discount in return for trying out your product and sending it back afterwards(OFFERED TO PAY A DEPOSIT ON THE TUNER AS WELL)

If you want to continue lying about us demanding a "Free/gift tuner" I am more than happy to post up the full email sent to "[email protected]" which I was told would be answered(it wasn't) and forwarded to the higher ups.

In the end, none of it matters anyways now... other tuners have figured out a solution for keeping stock injectors and switching between e85/93 without reflashing.

We are not ignorant to the fact that clubs have buying power. We are a business afterall. However, you cannot "try" a tuner. As they all have a limited number of licenses per motherboard. That is a partnership requirement that we have in place. We would either be stuck with tuners that would have to be sold at a discount to other clients because they are now "used". Or, we would have a mound of tuners that we would have to eat altogether.

We sponsor several clubs, racers and race teams across several different platforms. Ownership is just not interested in a group test that will result in a loss in product.

$599.99 is our retail price for our tuner, tunes and tuning support.

Or, did you talk to our vehicle installation dept for a custom dyno and street tuning session?

I do not see an estimate created in our system near that amount for a 2015 or newer Mustang. Was this a formal estimate from our installation department, or was it a shoot from the hip guesstimate based upon the mods that you currently have installed from various locations.

That's insane! Was that for an email tune and their tuner or was that a full blown dyno tune on their dyno with tuner? Even if it was a dyno tune that's very high! That would be like their tune and tuner and 7-8 hours on the dyno!

Said they'd need the car for 5-6 weeks. It does include their tuning device but they are not capable of tuning the car remotely.

The tune was for 2015 GT with FI and flex fuel.

So figure about $700-$1000 to ship the car each way on top of the tuning costs and not have the car for 5-6 weeks.

It was from Andy who gave me an estimate based on quotes he has given for similar setups. And I know I've never seen an estimate go down when it comes to car modding.

5-6 weeks! Wow, that in itself is crazy!

So the estimate from the department supervisor was for:

Covered Transportation from you to us
Going over your build prior to any testing or modification
Our MyCalibrator Tuner
Dyno tuning
Dyno tune verification
Streetability tuning
Overall tune verification and testing
Plus, covered transportation back to you

Is that what amounted to the price that you decided to share?
