Hi all,

I have the ford racing stage 2 kit installed in my 5.0

I want to remove it and go back to stock. I remember cutting a vacuum tube per the instructions. Which tube was this? any idea on which part i need to order?

You can't buy just that vacuum tube without buying an entire manifold. I know...

What I did was just get some extra tube and a straight vacuum tube connector from Autozone. They'll help you find the right sizes. It was easy. Just connected back the original connector you end up cutting off and bada-bing-bada-boom.

I think you are talking about the sound tube ? Are you selling the car or did you not like the performance of the kit ?

Its definitely one of the vacuum tubes, not the sound tube.

Kit is great, im probably selling it for a Manual Gt and ill put this back on it, or sell it not sure.

Selling the PP2 kit? If so you can't because the kit only gets downloaded to one vin# Once installed it can't be used on another car with a different vin#

not sure where my document is for this right now but I'm pretty sure it says if you return the car back to stock it can be used again on another car.

I believe that is the EVAP line? Agree that you can fashion up your own vacuum line or... you might be able to find a similar part or aftermarket part that has the same quickconnect fittings.

Codemanstang- It does mention it in the instruction sheet. I don't think anybody is hiding that fact. Check out the screengrab I just posted.
