i actually posted on the vid pointing out fords reply to the reasoning for the 2 stars (like a dumbass i took the bait) and got a reply back from the man himself, 2 actually.

"F**kwit - a three- and four-star performer in adult occupant and child occupant protection. It's regrettable you never learned to read. F**ktard."

and "No, retard: It's a death trap because it crashed so outrageously badly, twice."

i think that alone speaks volumes for the type of bottom feeder that he is. (i *'d out the swears because i dont know the forum rules etc
Yeah, I did something similar. I cant believe I fed the troll. I should know better. He must have been tired when he replied to me, he just told me to get f*cked. Big hero behind a keyboard I guess. I wont waste any more energy on him.

I think starting a thread on him and discussing him for 3 pages already is just giving him the fuel and exposure he wants

Spot on. :headbang: You lot are just feeding that pricks ego by talking about him like he is relevant or that he even matters.

The guy has sensationalised things for sure, but I am not very informed myself so I hope the car is safe if heaven forbid an accident were to happen. The US cars have a lot more safety features which have been stripped back I.e the auto break front collision over ride and the adaptive cruise control.

well it scored on the impact tests very similar to the latest WRX, which got 5 stars. remember it is a 2 door coupe so ingress to the rear is limited so that would knock it back to 4 star on the old system, heck on side impact the scored 8 out of 8, on other collision scores most of them scored top marks, and i think the lowest was a 3.23 out of 4. I believe it is a very safe vehicle and have no hesitations driving mine. i personally dislike automatic braking, because the 1 time you might need it you'll be thinking "the cars got this" and something will be at the wrong angle for the sensor or something and it wont work. better to know how to drive than to rely on driving aids.

Must be desperate for the YouTube videos.

Anyways I reported the video for plagiarism I would suggest people do the same.
