Hello all, I am fairly new to the mustang world and in current process of purchasing a 350R. The reason for the purchase is for pure track usage/weekends. While researching the car, I have been coming across several post that there are many heating issues with the non R/ non track package 350's. The question I have is does anyone have any over heating issues tracking their 350R ? I live in Texas and plan to track during the summers as wells as the "cooler" times of the year. Any comments are welcome, and thank you all for your time.

The problem exists with the '15/'16 "tech" models without coolers. The '15/'16 track packs have coolers and no issues. The R has had no issues with cooling. All '17 GT350 come standard now with coolers. Good choice, by the way, enjoy it. Post pics!

The base models have issues as well. However you will be fine with an R
