Gen 5 whipple back to stock

I'm looking into possibly selling my car and it currently has a gen 5 3.0 whipple. I was wondering if anyone has made the transition from gen 5 back to stock everything and if so was there anything I needed to buy such as new hoses, reverse delete stuff, etc.. such as will the new hoses are went on for the whipple with they work for the stock manifolds, etc. Or will I need to buy new parts. Any tip or advice will help. Thanks.
