Gen 3 Intake Manifold Upgrade

2015 Mustang GT (current have Mustang Stage 2 upgrade and Corsa Extreme cat back). Stock intake manifold flap failure (typical). Considering taking opportunity to upgrade to 2018 Gen 3 manifold. All state requires tune. Does anyone know if the stage 2 tune from Ford is sufficient/appropriate?

No, you’d need a custom tune. I believe the GT350 intake is bolt on without a tune required, just a throttle body adapter.

2015 runner openings are 12" the 2018 runners are 16" so you will need a tune.

Might as well lock the IMRCs out on the GT35 IM while you’re at it, especially since you’ll be retuning the car.
