Watching the WTCR live from Portugal. The grid was next to a BP gas station. Even at the exchange rate, USD $1 Euro $0.96, their prices are surprisingly low at around $2.32 USD.
Hello; Multiply the price by four to get a comparable price. Will not be exact as a liter is not exactly equal to a quart, but is close.
I also suspect some of the higher price is due to taxes on fuel and not only the base cost of the product. Some perhaps could be shipping.

Jeeze ... kinda missed this one ... should have been around $1.25 USD based on liters. Why I did not mention gallons, knowing it was liters. Yeah, that's it!
