Looking to store the car for winter and haven't purchased a car cover yet. Any suggestions on brand of cover? Have a black car so fabric is pretty important and it will not be outside in the elements. Thank you in advance.

I just ordered a CoverKing Auto Body Armor, it's supposed to get here this week. But since your car is isn't gonna be outside check out http://www.coverking.com/indoor-satin-stretch-car-cover.html. It's expensive but probably the fabric you're looking for especially with black.

CoverKing and CoverCraft are supposed to be some of the best covers.

Picked up a cheap $30 Budge cover from Amazon for my garage stored car. I probably would have preferred a softer cover for the long winter storage, but I wouldn't want to pay to upgrade to something like that. Don't have a black car, though.

That is what I bought. I love it and It is sexy.
I have the same cover and I agree. My only complaint is that you can't machine wash it. I bought black and it picks up a lot of dust. However, better on the cover than on the car.

If you park your car in the garage why put a cover on it?
Sure your car is gonna get dusty but nothing a wash won't take off.
I don't cover mine because I like to drive her when it's nice and dry out. Putting it on and taking it off just asks for swirl marks.

Mine is stored for the winter. One reason I put a cover on mine.......cats. I also don't believe that you will get swirls with this cover. It is really soft inside.

I have that same satin car cover and it is pretty awesome. Really soft on the inside so no scratches and it stretches to the contours of your car. No dust gets on the car and it looks great. You can machine wash it later down the road if needed.
