Fun Roads Near Vegas?

Going up to Vegas this weekend for Exotics Racing that my Wife got me for Christmas. Checking the map, I may bring the Corolla to save gas since I cannot find anything interesting. If I am wrong, I'll take the 2016 Mustang GT out there for some fun. Lucky me I have Premium wheels on summers and Brembo brakes so I'm good for some cornering.

Any advice?

95 north, go west at 157, R at 158 to 156 (R again) back to 95. Awesome mountain drive and go early in AM - no traffic, no cops.
