I have a question!

My car started yesterday just fine.
Today it only cranks and will not start, no other changes.

So I took off the line connecting the filter and primed the fuel system, And fuel came rushing out into a bucket. .

My question is would a dead fuel pump cause the car not to start? All the plugs are in and I think the car is getting spark. And it has plenty of fuel, 10 gallons today.

Fore triple 274 pumps, -10 feed and -8 return and the the feed line goes to a Y block feeds both rails independently and returns to the regulator.

Any idea? Or is more information needed to diagnose? Also jumped the FPDM and still did not start. No Fuel Leaks. Not noticeable vacuum leaks

Due to you having a 3 pump system, 1 dead pump would be unlikely to cause a no start.
You can check if you have fuel flow by disconnecting the return line from the fuel pressure regulator and crank.
Any sufficient flow should at least cause the engine to try and fire and try to run.
We would not try to start and diagnose remotely as the possible causes of a no start are numerous.

Question for those that take their Mustangs on track.

Do you have fuel starvation issues??
Especially on cornering
Especially with half a tank of fuel or less.
