I want to start my GT350 off right. What's the word on best to feed it? Sunoco, Shell, Exxon, whatever, or really no difference as long as high octane?

no difference, all comes from the same refinery and is "blended" per epa rules for your area. go with the cheapest high octane.

Use a premium top-tier gas. I prefer Shell or Chevron because they're plentiful around these parts.
