Fuel cut off between 2/3

If I take second fully gear out and pull third I get a fuel cut off like the traction control kicks in even if TC is off. Anyone with similar issue? Has a ford programmer on it but I cannot access it.

It could be torque protection kicking in. Have you tried holding the traction control button for 5+ seconds to fully disable all the nannies?

I have not yet, its 30 degrees and Im on summer tires so not trying to lose it just yet haha. Ill give it a shot once it warms up. Thank you
