For Sale: Viking Crusader rear dual adjustable shocks. These were on the car for about 25 miles and are like new. They are the new revised version with improved shafts and mount. They made no noise whatsoever. They will come with upper mounts already attached. I decided to go in a different direction. They are $539.95 new, so I am asking $400 shipped in the contiguous 48 states.

I am waiting on more feedback on this new design.

I have spent countless hours working with Viking on these shocks. Unfortunately, I have never experienced the issues I see posted (and I have about 5 sets of my own..lol) - and honestly, we are STILL not sure what the rattle noise is all about. I have my theories, so I am waiting to see how it plays out.

The new shaft design was my idea. After working with the fine folks at Viking for months on trying to figure out what some people's issue were, I basically told them that we needed to get the shaft to mimic the OEM, size and mounting method....because at that point, there is nothing else we could do. Viking did their due dilligence on their end on the lower mounts by making the bushing design different, and using a different spec grease on them. Heck, I still run the original style upper and lower mounts on my personal car with zero issues. Although mine are spec'd a little differently (I may offer them exclusively through us ;)

Moral of the story is, I am going to wait for a bit and get as much feedback as I can on the mysterious rattle that some people experienced.

If all is good, then I will definitely consider a group buy of some sort for this forum.
