Hello All,
Is it possible to get the front Lip/Splitter from the 15 or 16 PP Mustang for a 16 Base GT?

Thnx

yes, but you'll need the PP bellypan, or do some cutting on your factory pan.

I believe the California special splitter is an easier install if I read that correctly on here before.

If anyone needs a GT PP front splitter I have one btw :)

I bought and decided not to use it after reading that I need the belly pan

Just get an APR splitter or a steeda splitter instead of the pp belly pan. I'm interested though, how much would you be selling it for?

I was looking at pics of CA Special Mustang and from what I can tell it has the same splitter as the Base GT, which I have..

Is the Belly Pan a difficult thing to replace?

Nope, really easy. Just have to remove like 1 million screws haha. But its straightforward

CA special has bigger splitter but it fits on regular GT's so no PP belly is needed.

It can be done. I have a pp splitter on my base gt, you just need to modify the belly pan.

I installed the PP splitter on my GT. It's not cost effective. To do it correctly you need the splitter and belly pan as has been said. The shield behind the belly pan is different also, but this should be changed anyway to add the bracing from the PP. Also the inner fenders don't work with the PP belly pan, you could cobble it, but I wanted mine correct so it got both inner fender liners replaced (different for the brake cooling tunnel). It's an easy job, lots of screws, but noththing difficult.

It's lower and more aggressive. The stock one had a rubber flap hanging down back a ways. PP splitter was this low at the front. It also has air channels on the belly pan to cool the brakes.

So, for the PP splitter, you basically just need the bellypan and splitter itself, right?

Bellypan is ~$190
http://www.tascaparts.com/ford/must...at/splash-shields-scat/?part_name=under-cover

And splitter from NTO is $90
http://www.newtakeoff.com/2015_ford_mustang_performance_package_front_lower_spoiler_valance.aspx

So, about $300, give or take (with shipping)... way cheaper than levittowns splitter kit here:

That's what I did first. I didn't like the way the belly pan didn't attach to the inner fenders so I had to replace those too. You could probably cut and/or zip tie to make it work.
