Front fender damage

I have tear in my right front fender. I was backing Into the garage and I caught the fender on the door weather stripping. The tear is small and will be fixed. Do you think it can be fixed or do I need a new fender??? I am surprised that the fender would catch the weather stripping. No more backing Chuck into the garage!

this is a repair job, and not terribly difficult IMO. Sorry to see this damage

Easily repaired. Just a bit of color after bodywork and then they clear coat the whole panel.
