Hi All:
I have a friend who is about to sell his 1995 GT that he loves dearly and is in really nice shape, due to what has been diagnosed as a computer issue. Basically, the car won't start at times. And yes, he's had everything, and I mean everything electrical replaced that could possibly be replaced, (a local Ford dealer has done all the diagnostic and hardware replacement). Ford tells him that they can't locate a new replacement, and that a rebuild of his existing unit is the only solution.
Has anyone else had an issue like this? And, if so, any solutions? If you have a reliable computer rebuild source, please do share.
Thanks much.
