Replacing Key Entry Control Module (antenna)

Hi all, my key control module between the rear speakers got damaged. I can source a good used unit for ot much money, however, if I swap mine out for a replacement, will I need to get the car re-programmed or re-flashed at the dealer? Or is there a "learning" sequence for my keys. Cheers
