FORSCAN - RDU area?

I'd like to make one small change to my car (2025 S650 GT) via Forscan to disable the ESE, but I don't have a laptop and even if I did, I'm not sure that my ODBII adapter would work. Anyone here willing to help me out, please, in the Raleigh/Durham area of NC? You can do it to help out a fellow Mustang enthusiast, or I'd be happy to pay you for your time and effort.
