one of the crappiest things about all new fords. I hate the hapless gas system, and the gas door that forces you to either get fingerprints on your paint, or if your car is dirty, grease on your hands.

If it's a big deal, click it with a knuckle or wear a glove.

If this is the crappiest thing about Fords, then a lot of people are going to be very satisfied!

I think the cap less fuel fill is one of Ford's best innovations in recent years. No taking the cap on and off and possibly hit the fender and dripping gas.

Use the back of your hand to open the gas door. BTW all of the last 4 german cars I own were the exact same way. If Audi heard you complaining about your gas door they would cause your car to have electric problems.

I hate cars that have a button that that you have to push to open the gas door. My Subaru has one i hate it i was forget to push it. I really like the set up on the mustang nice and easy.

i find it easier, i hate when the cap is hitting the fender, it sometimes drips gas this is better... however anyone who finds pumping gas not easy should take the bus instead
