I was told when I took delivery of my car that I would be getting a survey about my experience from Ford. Has anyone else received one and if so how long after delivery.

I received an email survey from Ford right after I took delivery. Is that what you’re referring to? It basically just asked how my experience was with my dealer.

I was told that I would get one, which I did, but I told them that I would only give them fives if we worked out a deal correctly. That would mean oil changes for the life of my car among other things. They always get a five from me because I get what I want. :like:

They screwed up my delivery, did not do a PDI. Left the blocks in, tires at 48 psi, messed up the holes for rear plates etc. It’s been over a month and I want to let them know how I feel, even though it doesn’t mean squat.

Give them Hell. I would just call or email Ford.

Mine also, But I think the dealer controls who gets these reviews because I never got one either. Sad. How do they know how dealers are doing if we, the customers, cannot tell Ford, the company?

The dealer can pull these surveys and complete themselves when they know there will be issues. These survey ratings are important to them (regarding Ford), and they can get into some trouble with Ford when they do this. Not saying that's what happened to you, but it's possible.
