Thanks Steve. Did you buy the service plan through Ford or the dealer?
As Tooley says, buy direct from Ford online, that way the dealers can't sell you their plan :wink:

Main dealer servicing is a necessary part of this. No doubt someone could point to a weblink which suggests otherwise, but I’ve done my research :like:
nope its not and its actually illegal for them to do that.

I would always take my car to a main dealer during the warranty period especially so Ford can't squirm out of any faults. It also helps with residuals on the car

On the few occasions i’ve been in to Ford dealerships i’ve always left feeling unsatisfied. Mine will always go to a specialist/independent, i feel they give a better service and it’s usually much better value. Never given a hoot about residuals...
