I don't see Shelby GT350 as an option, only Mustang. Is Mustang the main vehicle and all variants are included in the ESP? I do like the prices.
I can confirm our Shelbys are covered. Flood Ford called me today and gave me the good news. Yes, the prices are awesome

That is great news. Can you order the ESP with just a VIN before I pick up car or do you need a purchase order as well? My car is due at the dealer in the next few weeks and don't want to sit with ford finance guys and haggle about ESP on the day I pick up the car. Thank you.

When you fill out the application online it asks for VIN, mileage, and purchase date. The warranty starts from the date of purchase. You could probably call Flood and set up the warranty with the VIN and then activate it once you actually buy the car.

Here is what I ended up paying for my extended warranty. It looks like I overpaid maybe looking at everyone else. Although my milage is a bit higher.
$1015 vs $2770, definitely worth your time to make some calls and figure out if you can make the switch. Nobody wants to see you, or anyone else robbed like that.

I tried to get an extended warranty through floodford and this is the message I received when I selected my home state of FL....

"We are sorry but due to Florida law, Florida Residents are not eligible for online service contracts. Please contact your local dealer."

Bummer

Can someone explain Premium Mainteance regarding the number of visits? I looked at the table and was a bit confused. I'm looking at potentially getting 7 years/36k miles. My big question is what do you guys think the response will be for pad replacement if you track the car? And on that note, rotor replacement if you get the Premium Care ESP? Thanks for the insight....this is all new to me. I never get an ESP with vehicles, but with this car being completely new I am considering. It will see some track time.

Rotors are not covered under either. They will turn the rotors for you but the only replacement parts are pads and linings.

The number of visits is indicated based on the interval you choose (this car only has a few options, I posted them on page 1). If you have a 36000 mile plan and 5 visits, it doesn't actually mean you have to wait for the interval. You can use all five visits within a year but then you're out of visits and maintenance plan.

I see, so what you're saying is if it's 7 visits I could get up to 7 pad replacements, 7 oil changes, etc?

There is not a written limit (that I know of) but some dealers may use discretion that no one should need 7 brake jobs in the time/mileage period.
I was a finance manager at my dealer and don't recall any limits to how many brake jobs you get, just that it has to be needed - they won't give you new pads/linings with 75% life left etc.

Maybe if anyone has more insight from experience of using the maintenance plan in the past they can speak also

I would call back and make sure that includes the maintenance as well. THose prices are about 2-3X what they are online for just the warranty alone
I am definitely not taking the warranty/maintenance the dealer offered me. Looks like an easy way to make a few bucks off of the consumer. I am going to decline unless he matches Flood Ford's numbers.

Thank you all for the info!!
