I find it interesting that Ford Australia say that the ADR is the only thing holding them back on releasing the Ford performance upgrades e.g Roush supercharger kit . But Rob Herrod can sell these kits as ADR complient.... Ford Australia can't get government approval but Herrod can ?

I imagine that there will be a fair difference in the respective processes (getting an engineer to certify a modified vehicle vs getting blanket approval for a mass manufactured vehicle)

Ford AU will likely have to undergo further scrutiny.
