I was doing a little research on increasing the performance i.e. speed as in HP, MPG, etc. on my 2022 Mach 1 when I receive the car I hope sometime in July. Does anyone have experience or know anything about the “Ford Performance Chips”? Like the one I am interested in offers an increase of 60HP and 5MPG, what do you think? I plan on having the Mach 1 tuned, new exhaust, so would the chip add 60HP on top of the tuning?

I figured as much!!! I bet if you were to look at tuners online, your not even going to find one in the $600 range that will give you that kind of HP increase.

As for the Ford Mustang performance chip, be cautious. A lot of chips that promise 60HP and 5MPG gains sound too good to be true—because they usually are. If it's from Ford Performance or a reputable brand like SCT or Bama, then you’re on the right track. But generic "plug-and-play" chips often just mess with your sensor read
