Ford Order Tracking Website Down?

Has the Ford tracking website gone belly up?

My vehicle was waiting to ship but the status has reverted back to "In Production." Curious if only my VIN is in limbo or if everyone is having problems getting updates.

Thanks for checking. The website rolled back to "scheduled for production" status right about the time the car should have shipped. Looks like someone pushed the wrong button after scanning a bar code on the vehicle.

Hopefully the car is still in transit and not sitting in the back row of a storage lot at Flat Rock.

I'm working with a local dealer that's telling me the car they ordered should arrive on or about 2/9 while the website says 3/4. I'm really hoping it's closer to the 2/9 date but I'm not sure who has more accurate info, the dealer or the website.
