So... I receive a letter from Ford asking me to complete their "Customer Viewpoint" survey, they tell me to go to www.fordcvp/sus to enter my provided PIN and take the survey, so I do as asked. When I get to the site there is a space to enter the provided PIN, and a button that say Begin Survey, I enter the PIN hit the button (actually did this 4 times) and each time, it says an error has occurred "Password does not match name" that could be pretty hard to accomplish since neither a name or a password has been entered, just the PIN they gave me in the mail. My experience with Ford with the exception of Rachel, and my salesman picking up my car from the rail yard has been, well.... LESS THAN STELLAR! Down right crappy in most cases.

The sad thing is I'll probably see more of the same with the purchase I co-signed on with my daughter about 3 weeks ago.

They are actually lucky I can't get to the survey, I'd have to tell them they completely suck at customer service except the 2 people I already mentioned.

I could rant some more but once the sale is complete they want to hear how good they are but don't really work for that good rating, and actually support the customer unless it ends up in more sales/money for them.

Got mine a couple days ago and was able to get in and complete the survey. My name was in there when I did log in, so it must know who you are. Weird that yours doesn't work.

I got the letter in the mail and I'm having the same issue. I did a survey emailed from ford that worked fine but I think they're separate?

How does the survey look like? From which email address it comes from (for the email version)?

I don't want to miss that!

Got one by email. Can't be bothered to actually fill it out though. I don't do surveys.

Well.. it is one way to downrate a dealer so Ford will know about it and rethink its bonuses and allocations.

My experience with my dealer wasn't pleasant.

Got my email notification a couple days ago,and completed my survey yesterday.

This was the best buying experience of my life. I have bought about 20 new cars. 18 have been Fords.

I had the same problem with a survey letter I got. The PIN didn't work. but I had already filled out several online surveys so i just tossed the letter when it didn't work. I seem to be getting a ton of surveys. It seems to be excessive.

I received the same survey request via email and snail mail. Took less than 30 seconds to complete. If you have something to say - the survey is one of the ways to do it and be heard. Lots of people rant and lots of people rave about their experiences. But unless you're getting that message to the right people, your experiences will go unknown. Not sure about you, but I appreciate it when others praise the work I do. I also appreciate it when someone else addresses an issue so that others won't be subject to the same issues.

My PIN didn't work either. I guess that is Ford's way of limiting negative feedback.

Picked up my car 11/14. A couple of weeks later I got the survey. They wanted me to tell them about my experience buying my " Lincoln Mustang". Gee I didn't know I had bought the super luxury model.
