So... I receive a letter from Ford asking me to complete their "Customer Viewpoint" survey, they tell me to go to www.fordcvp/sus to enter my provided PIN and take the survey, so I do as asked. When I get to the site there is a space to enter the provided PIN, and a button that say Begin Survey, I enter the PIN hit the button (actually did this 4 times) and each time, it says an error has occurred "Password does not match name" that could be pretty hard to accomplish since neither a name or a password has been entered, just the PIN they gave me in the mail. My experience with Ford with the exception of Rachel, and my salesman picking up my car from the rail yard has been, well.... LESS THAN STELLAR! Down right crappy in most cases.
The sad thing is I'll probably see more of the same with the purchase I co-signed on with my daughter about 3 weeks ago.
They are actually lucky I can't get to the survey, I'd have to tell them they completely suck at customer service except the 2 people I already mentioned.
I could rant some more but once the sale is complete they want to hear how good they are but don't really work for that good rating, and actually support the customer unless it ends up in more sales/money for them.
