Well last Friday I finally got some good weather to hit the track with the new car. I just did the first oil change at 2k and decided I was ready to see what I could do with it.
I'm not sure what the da was that you guys always talk about but the humidity was maybe 50% and around 80 degrees, about as pleasant as you can get for July in illiniois
I have a bone stock 2016 gt auto with 3:15s, surprisingly I had no trouble hooking up with the stock 235s. So I didn't hardly heat the tires nor drop pressure.
Awhile back most guys told me to just put it in drive and foot brake at 1500 or until it started pushing the car. However, after several confirmed passes, I ran good tenth quicker just by having it in S mode instead. Has anyone else had the same luck?? Anyways here's my best run listed below. I was fairly happy with it compared to what other guys are running bone stock.
