I've launched quite a few times on slicks with stock axles usually around 5500-6k I'm still on stock axles running low 10.4s can't say how long they will last but they are still together

Are you still running the stock clutch, driveshaft and transmission? Have you changed the diff bolts or any other mods to strengthen driveline?

Spend $225, get an msd 2step, will take all the inconsistency out of launching an mt82/manual.
