My brother, 2 weeks after getting his 2007 yellow vette, he is following me to play a round of golf - gets lit up by a cop. so, we pull over into a parking lot and i park a little ways away to just watch. Cops tells him that they are going to have to impound his car because it was too loud, so that the state can make his exhaust California legal. gives this huge list of things they have to do, and told him he would get his car back in 6 months.


he finally said "Just kidding, we wanted to see the car.

he still has not lived that down!

I have a feeling the State Patrol here in Nebraska may stop me quite a bit. after never having been pulled over in california in the '05, Nebraska's State Troopers have already stopped me in twice in my '05 to give me "warnings" about my speed and then asked me what my license plate meant.

I'll have to look for him (thats ironic eh) next weekend and offer to show it to him. I think we only have a few bicycle patrol guys, so it should't be difficult.
