I've had all 4 summer wheels and tires in the car in the past. The car is pretty full at that point.

I once shoehorned the smallest Traeger wood-pellet grill into the stang. Between the front seat and the trunk, I made it with room for two kids in the backseat. Had to toss the box it came in, obv.

I currently have two complete motorcycle tires (with rims) and 2 replacement tires in the trunk of my mustang waiting for their trip to the tire shop for mount and balance. Didn't even put down the seats...

It was a hose caddy for me as well. Had my wife with me too so it couldn't ride shotgun. I finally managed to work it into the car by laying the front seats down until it cleared over the already lowered back seats. It was last ditch though. She had already suggested we take it back in the store..lol

I went to Ace hardware store for irrigation plugs. While there I saw a water hose reel that I've been wanting. I'm walking out all happy about finally getting this thing when I realize, "uh oh....I brought the stang." Now I know the cars limitations.

Anyone else use there stang for larger purchases?

i had that happen to me too. went to home depot and took a look at the hose reel ont he shelf and in my head i though it would fit in the trunk. once i tried putting it in the trunk and failed i thought, well i'll put it in the back seat. wrong, did not fit. ended up in the front seat.

Rode upfront with a partially assembled propane grill after a trip to lowes. From the drivers seat I could open the grill lid..made me want to make burgers.

Also when I gave my stock one piece exhaust away, guy I gave it to used blankets and bungies with the exhaust sitting on the tail lights.

Well a true story, in my old S197 i once got a 7 foot life-size T2 with the big massive stand in the car
Bloke is Sheffield owed a production company, and he wanted a quick sale to buy some property, I wanted one, and they don't often come onto the market, the original one with the motion sensor, so done a deal, and went in the Stang, silly me did not realize how big this thing was, got some great looks on the motorway on the way back.
