Gotta think one of the reasons Ford could keep the cost of this car down is because they didn't have to set aside anything for an advertising budget. This fricken thing sells itself.

:clap2:I saved $32,673.5688689 with my Fusion Hybrid... And I'm in it for the performance.
Now if I can just get that R spoiler.......
Would have loved it if they embroidered the rear seats as well. Oh well, I won't be sitting back there anyways.
HAHAHAHA I love my GT but the Shelby will change that lol :lol:And of course bc your happy you got the GT instead..

What did the inside of the car smell like?
Burnt rubber and duct tape. Hopefully it wasn't used as an "F-shack" by some homeless dudes while it sat in the lot for a few monthsWhat did the inside of the car smell like?

Definitely worth the $11K over my Premium, auto with Recaros ,also $37K OTD.Or just $11,000 for the base GT350 which would still have an upgraded suspension compared to a GT, better brembo brakes front and back, better engine, Recaro seats, better and wider wheels/tires, new wider front end, full exhaust with X pipe and controllable actuators, better transmission, real diffuser, lighter components within the build, and better residual value.
I'm probably missing a few more things. But def worth it for $11k even if you don't use it.
If you don't track it, you don't need a track pack.

I plan on ordering a base 2017 GT350, but who knows what the MSRP will be then.Definitely worth the $11K over my Premium, auto with Recaros ,also $37K OTD.
...But has anyone been able to order a base model?
I ended spending that $11K on a Hellion TT (plus other parts and labour) but I think I would have been been happier paying that to get a base model .....if I could have got one.
I did not get the chance through MAS ,so decided to keep the GT and build it for the kind of racing I was more likely to end up doing with the car.
I am now $18K invested with a built short block($5K block +$2k Labour)so still less than the price of a GT350 with track/tech pack...... and very unlikely to see much of my investment back if i decide to sell the car..........Definitely worse investment(Not that either option would be a good one).
Congrats to every one getting one.
I may try again next year through MAS.....may be it will be time to try a different type of racing.
lol
Another example of dealer "misinformation" - There's no way the MSRP of a GT 350 Tech Package could be $63,345. The dealer's price may be that much after adding ADM, but not the MSRP.

I'm sure they will get that price too, even with the 100 miles already on the odometer.
