Finally bought a new Ruby Red EB

After driving 3 local dealers nuts for 4 months we finally found a Ruby Red EB. For some reason the dealers just don't order that color like the silvers and greys.
I hadn't really planned on this. My cruiser was going to be my Crossfire, but after my wife showed me the press releases on it last year I was pretty much hooked.

So now I have my 3rd Mustang. First was a 67 yellow convertible back in '69. Then the '68 Gulfstream Aqua came on in 1998. Lot of changes over the years, the biggest improvement is I now have leg room

Looking forward to getting a few trips on it. I've already been able to see average fuel consumption between 31 & 34 mpg on the freeways.

Ruby Red is the best looking color on the S550, IMHO. I may be a bit biased, of course, as my S197 is Ruby Red.

I wasn't a fan of my Ruby Red when I first got it but it has grown on me!! In the sunlight it looks bad ass when all waxed up!

Finally feeling better and figured out how to upload a couple of pictures. Hopefully I can start getting some enjoyment out of it. Picked it up Sept 10th and have not quite gotten to 800 miles yet :(

Just got the base fastback with my Ruby Red and an Automatic.

Still fiddling with the paddle shifters. Seems like it I take my foot off the gas, in 3rd, for instance, it will up-shift on it's own??? Maybe that's a result of not having the performance package?

Anyhow, loving it and looking forward to getting out on the road.

Nice car. I personally think those color wheels look way better than black on ruby red and DIB. Something to look into when your looking for new wheels.
