FI/Gearing, and stress?

Let me start by saying I am not a hardcore gear guy with cars, but I do all of my bike work (4 of them :headbang: )

So my questions and thinking have to do with FI gear ratios and the parts that are effected by stress.

For instance I *think* that with 3.31 gearing there would be more stress on the transmission, and with 3.73 the force would fall to the drive shaft and half shafts?

If I am right, do any of you recommend upgrades to one place or another?

As some of you know, I haven't ordered yet, but will be around 2/2017. I have already decided on new OPG/TG, but keep bouncing around with drive shafts, half shafts and gear ratios.

This will be a DD, when I do go to work, I get to WFH a lot. :D
I may, one day go to a track, but I have my ZX14r for the stupid things in my life LOL. But like I told my wife, I want a car that can get in trouble as fast as my '14 can. I figure a GT with Roush Phase 2 will get me there?

This will by my 4th Mustang, but all the others were tame, mostly stock, from what this one will be.

Also on the same train of thought, has anyone ordered a GTPP with gears other than 3.73?

All PP's are with 3.73. A lot of folks go 3.31 or 3.11 with a supercharger. Personally, my 3.55 seems just a tiny bit short...I had to choose again, I'd do 3.31. I got the second to last M6 GT from my dealer...no choice!
