Fan Speed Changing - Video Link

Hi all!

I have been having an issue with my AC/heater fan changing speeds by itself. Happens at all speeds (1-7) and is very annoying.

On 2 occasions, the fan refused to turn on. Remedy was to leave the car of for an extended period time and then it would come on as normal.

Has anyone had this issue?

Sounds like the fan speed controller is not working properly.

I had the fan only work on high speed after two months of owning the car, brought it in and ford replaced the fan motor.

So this is the fan motor? My does this, but now it only blows a little bit of air no matter what the fan speed is set too.
