Might be a stupid question but what is this bag for? I know it holds the cover when not in use.

Can you put it in the trunk and roll the cover out? Almost like a stopper? I tried looking for install videos on youtube and found nothing. Just found it odd you cant separate it.

I think its attached to keep from having to get it to take cover on or off. When I had both my 16 and 17 GT 350 I let the bag hang just as you have it and just put the cover down over it. Theres nothing to scratch. And don't be concerned about how stiff and ruff the black stripes feel. Thats on the outside. My cars were always under a carport when not driving them year round and the covers worked well. You will get some black along the bottom where they rub against the tires, no big deal. And finally rather than try to put it in the bag every time I took it off I'd just fold it up some and throw it in the trunk.

2017 GT350 now gone to a great home.
Yeah, it’s just an attached sack. I thought it would be very annoying, but it’s really not. I find trying to get the cover off of the mirrors and folded properly without it sliding onto the ground is the most difficult exercise with this cover.

Exactly me to even more so in the carport if there was a little breeze blowing.
