Extended stud question

I'm looking at doing a square 19x11 setup with 20mm front spacer. From what I've seen, all the extended studs require open lug nut setup. My preference is to have close lug nuts and both front/rear having the same amount of lug/stud showing. OCD has me wanting a symmetrical appearance on all the wheels. Is there a setup that will allow me to accomplish this?
