Hey, its me again. I think I post way too much on here but just want input and experiences.

Next up on my list of things to do to my 2.3l turbo is to take of the stock exhaust and get a much more throaty noise out of her.

I am mostly looking on nemesis and see a lot of choices. I have been recommended MBRP but on google reviews I hear they can really deafen you on the Motorway and I take my car on the Motorway a lot.

Anyone have an MBRP and get pass judgement? Other recommendations?

its a fairly big purchase and change. I mostly want performance out of it but also to unleash some more grit in the exhaust. Just not Cherry bomb levels if everyone remembers those. hahah.

Changing your exhaust will not give you any more performance, just make a different noise.

As far as I know that is not true. You improve the ability of your car to expell gasses fast and with a tune this can increase your performance by 10-15%. Its really not just about noise as its a full cat-back system.

I mean exhaust alone will make no difference.

I don't have an EB so hard to comment directly but I have. Ford performance touring by Borla and this has been very good. I am partly thinking about swapping out the centre resonator though for a H/X as I'd like a little more noise now after 8 years with the setup. I can confirm no drone and good on a motorway
