The sound is really going to be a personal preference thing as you and I may not have the same taste. What we can recommend is a quality fitting system, which everyone can appreciate but then I can give you my opinion on a good sounding system.

For fitment, anything between American Racing Headers, Kooks, Stainless Works/Stainless Power, etc will fit very well. I would recommend these brands for the headers or header/mid-pipe combo and then use your choice of cat-back to get the sound you want.

For cat-backs and axle backs, the most popular kits come from Maganflow, Roush, ARH and Borla. For something that will be more on the tame side but still give you a good growl when you are on the throttle, I would suggest the ARH 1-7/8" direct connect headers with the Borla Touring cat-back system. Now, I like the sound of this set-up but I'm going to recommend you check out youtube and take a listen for yourself to see if this is a combo you'd be happy with.

I see what u mean and yee that ARH with H pipe would sound good as well. I think on ur video it has X pipe. On the other hand borla is also nice but it doesnt have H pipe. My concern is also about fitment of catback to the headers i wanna try to avoid or minimize welding so there would not be any bottle neck. The direct fit system of ARH basically is made for other catback just to bolt on to it?

i like this set up. the thing is that corsa doesnt offer and H pipe :) but i defenatly would consider it. Sounds great.
we have tried out the h pipe with the touring axleback (mufflers that come with sport catback) and it really sounds the same. I think jayman33 would agree.

Yes, the ARH direct fit headers will bolt to the stock resonator OR to any aftermarket cat-back that uses the same OEM connection to work with the stock cats, so pretty much every system out there. That's why I suggested those headers with the Borla Touring cat-back as it would be a bolt on affair, no welding.

And you are also correct that our ARH system in the video is using the X pipe. I really like the way that system sounds but it is aggressive and you did say you wanted something a little more moderate. If you want aggressive, then the ARH system is the way to go for sure, it's mean!

If this is something you like, then I would suggest the ARH Long system with H pipe and using just the Corsa axle back.
