Excessive blowby, help needed

The plan will be, check everything that i can check.

Get a new tune with lower boost 25 should be good enough and i will be happy with that.

I see I never updated this thread and only fair to update it if anyone esle comes along and wondering what it ended up being.

It ended up being a heavily damaged engine in multiple ways due to Esslinger Engineering installing all my pistons backwards. Damage was from day 1 but we assumed it was something else and Esslinger Engineering being too proud of their builds would not even consider a build fault and after 3,000 miles it was done and garbage.

based on proof and damage I should have just gotten a replacement no questions asked, instead given the run around. I had all the evidence Sent and also it was clear from their own pictures during the build that they installed them backwards.

Also the Valve clearances did not match what the manufacturer of the cams recommends.

They even used cams I did not order and was tuning thinking I had them in the engine.

They ended up telling me after all the headaches to send it back to the shop and they would pay shipping and would warranty it and that is the only solution they are willing to provide if I can get them the engine back.

I tried to resolve it without that since I am not in the U.S. and because the engine was done and damaged badly. Besides why would I want to salvage it if I paid for a new well built engine lol.

Anyway... shipped it, got stuck in export at customs... too complicated .. was garbage anyway ... told them to destroy it.

End of story and 12,000 usd for engine and shipping was on me.
