So far, in my observations in Las Vegas and in Utah, I don't even see 1 EV for every 20 cars in a lot. In Vegas they have a large Tesla dealership and at the Tesla charging stations, I've seen maybe 12 at one time, but that's a far cry from the number of cars you see funneling through gas stations. If there are 1 in 20 EVs, that puts them at 5%, but I don't think they're anywhere near that percentage nationwide.Hello; Your comments make sense. I figure some sort of extrapolation is being used in the claims EV's have fewer fires than ICE.
I do not know exactly the portion of EV's overall compared to ICE. What i see more often puts them at less than 10%. Maybe 6% ???
