I just wouldn't get caught up in what people perceive as Easter eggs.

Besides the horsepower I'm curious how well it will hook up. Big hp without a way to put it down will make it another great tire smoker like the hellcat. The launch features of the Demon make it such a beast.

The demon will also have a hard time putting the power down on the STREET.
I have faith that the GT500 will be a tough customer on the street.

on another front, looking at the poll numbers. 57% guessed it will be 756+HP while 43% guessed 755 and below. Thats a fairly large group of people thinking its gonna be up there.

Dodge only giving it 275s is the problem with that car. It's very heavy, and has a ton of power, so anything less than 315-325 on that car is guaranteed to just get roasted. It has basically 15-17 GT PP tires in 20", and Pirelli Pzeros are known to not be a good street tire as it is.

Very true. But if there’s going to be more power it’s still my major concern that the car is capable of putting the power down. L MPS4 and MPSC2 are significantly better performance tires though.

I have yet to try the MP4S. The cup2s are good when warm out, like in the 80s+. I think I read that the Mp4 is pretty good from 60+ and only slightly less in 50s.

In 50s with the cup2s and they are hockey pucks.
I'm hoping we get MP4S on the GT500. Just let them stick past the well about 1/2" and give us 325s.:)

The cup 2s are fantastic over 70 but ya sub 50 and they are dangerous. I haven’t tried MP4S yet but if they are just an improvement on the MPSS then they’ll be great for normal street use.

Hopefully we get wider than that on the 500! I think the Demon has 315s all around. My Porsche turbo had 325s on the rear. Surely they could get close to that on the 500. Make it 335s and that would look and hook killer!

We'll get 315's Minimum and I see no reason the things cant sit out of the panels a bit and throw 325's on it.
I have no chips on the tail of my R with 315's, but I also have a clear bra. I'll do the same with the GT500 and stick 325s on it if it comes with 315s, after I ware them out of course.

I don’t like seeing the 755 beating the 800+:(. But still, the combined 756+ is still much farther ahead.
Personally, if this thing is gonna be a porker, let’s just give it 800+ and call it a day. We can modulate the throttle if it’s too much for the track.
