ERUPTION GREEN S550 MUSTANG Thread

I love my car and hadn't planned on ordering another, but the Eruption Green option compelled me to order a Mach 1 (since I can afford the wait.)

If it ever arrives, the vinyl stripes can just be peeled off.

I also ordered one. I keep going back and forth on whether I'm going to keep the stripes or not — and I was originally strongly in the "remove them" camp when I ordered, hah.

Here's a photoshop of one in a showroom if that helps you decide... I'm going to have to see it in person to decide for myself.

I think, if they were paint instead of vinyl, I might've wanted to have kept them, however the price would've been thousands more.

I think with the stripe on the mach 1 in bright light it looks great but otherwise it seems super dark even in the middle of a parking lot in bright sun. I don’t know lol..

Been looking for an Eruption Green Mustang of any kind within an hour or so of me, so I can have a look in person. I found a Non-HP Mach1 in EG located in Sacramento, more than an hour and they're only asking for $79,885 Link on cars.com

If this should be in the picture forum please feel free to move it, but I know there are a few people here who have been curious about the color so thought I would start here.

A huge thanks to whoever posted the first rendering last summer, I immediately decided to sell my black '19 and order this one. Picked it up about 10 minutes ago from my dealer, right across the street from the plant.

It's a beautiful color, had 3 neighbors walk over to me when I just pulled in to my driveway. It's one of our 30 sunny days a year here in MI, so it's lightened up, but will turn dark otherwise.

Thanks to you guys, I asked the dealer not to touch it, so it needs a bath pretty bad, please excuse the grime.
