EQ bank one problem

Just installed a edelbrock stage 2 , id1050x , fore dual pump return system etc . Got my tune and the idle log is showing EQ bank 1 is stuck at 2.0 while bank 2 is jumping around reading correctly. I switched the o2 sensor and extension harness to bank 2 to see if that would replicate the problem showing a bad sensor / harness... but EQ bank one is stuck to solid 2.0. Has anyone had this problem or any ideas what my problem could be ?
